It was already a hiatus before David Lynch's passing.
So what can we see of Twin Peaks... From Another Place moving forward?
So what can we see of Twin Peaks... From Another Place moving forward?
I've ran the Facebook group Twin Peaks... From Another Place for almost 3 years now, coming up on February 14th, 2026. It's grown up to 4.8k members already and I'm eternally grateful for that. I never expected the group to grow so well over the years, and come to know such amazing people through the journey, as we hold hands together and fight for the positivity of the fandom and community. When people in the fandom were losing hope in finding a good spot to be seen, heard, and understood (and entertained), I'm honored to say that Twin Peaks... From Another Place restored that hope and will continue to do so as the years go on.
The Discord server has 100+ members, and isn't as successful as I'd like to be. I'm looking into making more progress with it in coming months, and hopefully more people will join and get into more conversations there. I'm most active on Discord anyways, and am running my own fandom community server where I post updates of my literary career and media. I had planned to initiate a merge between the two servers so the work wouldn't be too much for me to handle both at the same time, but that was a failed effort. So I'll keep the servers separated and do whatever I can to bring the Twin Peaks... From Another Place server further to life.
I have a new blog member who I hope will bring art to this blog as well. Her art is highly Lynchian, in my opinion, and I encourage her to post here when she can. That will hopefully be the new feature here: to bring in more artists to post their work inspired by David Lynch and others in terms of surrealism and darkness and light. This will also be like a promotional blog through the arts. It will also suffice for film makers, so whoever wants to be part of the blogging team and release their stuff to keep this blog alive and to further outreach their work, hit me up on Facebook Messenger, X, Instagram, YouTube (when I'm live), and Discord. I'll be happy to assign you your role here as a team member to promote your creative work.
I'll try to write some articles here and there. Stay tuned. Thank you for your patience. My life has been real busy and I'm hoping these new plans moving forward will keep activity running. I'm blessed and honored that the Facebook group of the same name of this blog is getting stronger and stronger everyday and is increasing in its membership. Let's keep on rocking!
